Customer Survey

To obtain feedback from the community about Mesa Water, and in conjunction with the District’s strategic plan, the Board of Directors commissioned a recent telephone and online survey of more than 800 customers. In addition to high satisfaction in several key areas, findings validate Mesa Water’s endeavors to meet customers’ water needs and will help shape future goals and activities.
