Mesa Water Staff Tour Costa Mesa Fire Station No. 1

Mesa Water staff enjoyed a recent tour of Costa Mesa Fire Station No. 1, located on Adams Avenue. Fire Chief Daniel Stefano welcomed the group and spoke about the long-standing partnership between the two agencies. Both teams also celebrated the newly installed gold-colored fire hydrant in front of the new station. The special hydrant was presented to Fire Station No. 1 by Mesa Water’s Board of Directors in September 2018, in honor of the station’s gold LEED certification achievement.

Mesa Water maintains over 3,400 fire hydrants in its service area and ensures local, reliable water is available to meet the community’s needs, including in the event of an emergency.
